FAQ'S

1.  What is the process to get my pool certified?

Pool Compliance Certification

Max Smart Glass Fencing is licensed and compliant with the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) and we will issue a Form 15 Certification at the completion of our job to certify the materials used and workmanship provided complies with current Pool Laws & Australian Standards.

In addition, the home owner is also required to obtain a Pool Safety Certificate under current Qld Pool Safety Laws. This must be issued by an independent accredited pool safety certifier. You are free to engage whomever you choose to offer this service, but we can certainly recommend the following inspector who has worked closely with us over the years.
