Not only do you want peace of mind that your pool or area is safe, but by law your pool has to be registered & compliant. As a home owner it is your responsibility to install as well as maintain your pool fence to current standards. The following link, from the Queensland Government website, can help you in regards to all relevant and important information. You can also check that your property is listed on the Pool Safety Register, especially handy if you have recently bought a new property.
